Here's a strange thing. Here at Atomic, we're really good at marketing our clients. Actually, we’re exceptionally good. But we're currently not so good at marketing our own business. In fact we don’t even have an internal marketing function.

In order for us to realise our growth ambitions, we recognise we need to change this. We need to establish a first-class marketing function and the first piece of the jigsaw is to recruit someone who can head this up for us.

So we’re looking to hire an experienced marketing professional. We definitely want someone with experience of working in a fast-paced environment and who has collaborated with cross-functional teams.

And we’re pretty sure we want someone who has some solid experience of marketing in an agency environment. Preferably an agency which builds digital products.

You’ll need to be willing to work in a standalone role until we get to a position where we can start to build out a marketing team around you. So whilst you’ll have the support of a talented team around you (including some great designers), you’ll need to be someone who is happy to do the day-to-day as well as the strategic thinking.
