The challenge
Center Parcs approached Atomic with a view to redeveloping their luxury spa brand, Aqua Sana. The brief was to modernise the look and feel of the site, as well as refining key user journeys in order to increase bookings.
The solution
Extensive customer research was conducted to identify the needs of Aqua Sana customers, as well as highlighting the pain points on the existing site. Key customer journeys were remapped to ensure a quality and streamlined user experience and a seamless path to booking a spa package was possible.
The outcome
The stylish new site with slick user interface enabled a smooth user journey, increasing conversion rates across all key spa packages. The restructured page templates have also better optimised the site for SEO.

Staying on brand
A key aspect of the brief was to follow existing brand guidelines. Atomic evolved the brand to be better-suited to online use, without comprising its distinctive identity.
